Vena Cava Collection Return Policy 


All returns or exchanges that are submitted within (14)days are eligible for the payment to be refunded to the original form of payment

Merchandise that is past (30) days from the postmarked date of delivery and or receipt  will be given an online E- Store Credit. 


Damage or Defective Merchandise


In  the event your product  is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Team CustomerServicea@venacavacollection.com 

within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. 


Vena Cava Collection will promptly review any correspondence on damage or defective merchandise, once your request is processed we are happy to send your replacement merchandise no additional cost. Vena Cava Collection will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new merchandise  along with an explanation and or images of your merchandise.
